Not every race is a wet root massacre. Sometimes it is dry, more flowing, more direct and still tough enough to wipe the smile off a normal setup. That is exactly what the X-GRIP RaceReady Mousse SOFT-2 is made for.
SOFT is the version of the RaceReady Mousse family that delivers a strong balance of flexibility, traction, damping and stability. With 15 directly moulded pressure reduction holes, it offers noticeably high grip from the very first installation, while staying more stable and precise when the pace goes up and the line looks less like survival training.
The pressure reduction holes are moulded directly into the mousse and not drilled afterwards. This creates a clean material structure, protects the mousse surface from post-processing and supports longer, more consistent performance. No drilling. No cutting. No setup guessing the night before the race. Mount it and ride.
The new RaceReady contour was developed for modern Hard Enduro and Extreme Enduro tyres. The flattened shape increases the contact patch and brings more grip on rocks, roots and loose ground. At the same time, the wider outer contour provides more side stability and reduces unwanted tyre movement, especially in faster sections, dry climbs and rough transfer parts.
BEADFIT Technology provides a more stable fitment of mousse & tyre in the rim bed and helps reduce unwanted tyre slip-in under extreme load. In addition, the special contour provides improved side support in off-camber sections. So you stay in control, even when the track suddenly allows more speed than expected.
This mousse also features pre-marked drilling points. If conditions change, the rain arrives or the track demands more traction than planned, the mousse can be adapted precisely. No measuring. No guessing. No workshop oracle just before the start.
SOFT is made for riders looking for a RaceReady mousse for Hard Enduro and Extreme Enduro, but with a bit more stability and support than the softest setup. Perfect for dry conditions, faster sections, long race days and technical passages where grip and control both matter. The RaceReady Mousse SOFT-2 is suitable for all common 140/80-18 tyres.
